Cancellation Policy
To better serve my guests for scheduling , I require a 24hr window to cancel or change an appointment . Appointments cancelled within less than 24hrs or no shows will incur a charge of 30% of the service that was scheduled with me. This charge is none refundable.
I have a 15 min grace period from your scheduled appt time. If you are running late and past that time , your appt will need to be rescheduled.
Services cannot be refunded.
If any adjustments need to be made from the outcome of your service, you must contact me within 5 days from the date of the service to set up an appt time for adjustments to be made.
